Meet Kimi Otene – Head Coach

Kimi has coached at Redlands Swim Club for over a decade. She brings a calm, supportive, and encouraging approach to every swimmer she mentors. Because of her dedication and patience, she has helped countless young swimmers build confidence and develop their skills.

As a result, many have progressed through the club’s squad pathway. Kimi loves seeing her swimmers reach new milestones. She takes great care nurturing each swimmer’s growth and potential as they move into competitive swimming.

Overall, her positive influence has shaped generations of Redlands swimmers.

Meet Jasna Pospisil – Coach

Jasna is a passionate and dedicated coach. She invests deeply in the success and future of every swimmer she mentors.

As a former Redlands Swim Club swimmer herself, she understands the commitment and challenges that come with competitive swimming. She also competed at a national level. Because of this, she brings valuable experience and insight to her coaching. In fact, she draws on her own journey to guide and inspire the next generation of swimmers.

Above all, she keeps her swimmers’ best interests at heart. She is committed to helping each athlete build confidence and achieve their goals, both in and out of the pool.
