1. New to RSC

Please call Belgravia Leisure, the operator of Cleveland Aquatic Centre (CAC), on (07) 3822 2723 to arrange an assessment.

• If your child has just completed their final Learn to Swim level, CAC will direct you to join a Junior Squad session for an assessment (assessments are held at 3.30 pm Tuesdays & Thursdays).
• If your child already has squad or competition training experience, Belgravia Leisure will help arrange a bespoke assessment at a convenient time for you and the coach.

After the assessment:

(a) Please arrange a squad membership account with the friendly front desk staff at Cleveland Aquatic Centre (this will cover your weekly Training Fee directly with CAC), and

(b) Please join Redlands Swim Club on Swim Central. If you do not have an account with Swim Central, please create one:

• Create a profile for you as the parent/guardian, then a profile for each child.

• Purchase an annual membership to RSC (the competitive one is what we recommend for children keen on racing)

• The Queensland government provides a $200 voucher once a year to subsidise sports activities for school age children. Please see our page Play On! Sports Vouchers for more information on how to apply, then use the voucher code in your Swim Central shopping basket.

2. Transferring from another club

Have you just moved to the Redlands, but your child has already been racing with another swim club? Transferring to us is easy, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome your swimmer into our community.

So, if you already have a Swim Central account:

• Purchase a membership with RSC via Store, find Redlands Swim Club and select the relevant child.

• After purchase, go into your child’s profile, expand Memberships menu. There is a Transfer button to complete the process.
